How much does the FreeStyle Libre 2 system cost?
Most people with private or commercial insurance pay less than $40 per month for their FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors*1. Actual cost may or may not be lower than other CGM systems, depending on the amount covered by your insurance.

Do I need a new prescription for the FreeStyle Libre 3 system if I already have a prescription for the FreeStyle Libre 2 or the FreeStyle Libre 14 day system?
Yes, the FreeStyle Libre 3 system requires a valid prescription.
Can I use my Flexible Spending Account to purchase the FreeStyle Libre 3 system?
The FreeStyle Libre 3 system requires a prescription and may possibly be purchased using your FSA card. However, please contact your health insurance company to verify that you are able to use your FSA card.
